A little info about your Yoga Class/es

I teach my yin classes a little different from many yin teachers. A little less squishy and restorative and more about really gaining a connection with your body. Identify how a pose feels from the finger tips to the tips of the toes. Then allow the body to settle with sweetness by noticing where to bring healthy stress and engagement, where to send energy and where to surrender and let go. Continuing to check in to check out .... IT IS ADVISABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL TO HAVE PROPS FOR THIS CLASS : 2 Bricks , A belt and a blanket and even a bolster if you have one:) I can bring extras if you don't have these. I will be finishing the class with a short meditation leading into a healing crystal sound bath. THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD BY CANDLE LIGHT AT THE LAKESIDE INN ..
