IN PERSON CLASS INFORMATION

Thank you for choosing to take your class / workshop or retreat with NCyoga.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING 

On signing up to a class please complete a registration form and agree to my terms and conditions listed on the registration page. 

Optional  - Please send your phone details to be added to a WhatsApp group for all class notifications this includes changes in location due to weather. 

  • HOW TO GET TO BUCKLAND PARK LAKE
    For map information please CLICK HERE Buckland Park Lake, Reigate Road, Buckland RH3 7FE The entrance is opposite Lawrence Lane on the main Reigate Road ... if you are heading out from Reigate just after the Pheasant Pub on the LHS.. and the opposite if travelling from Dorking way. Look out for large black metal gates with a Buckland Park Lake sign on the front. MY NUMBER SHOULD YOU GET LOST: 07977534194
  • PARKING INFORMATION
    Yoga at the park includes entry to the Park and a 2 hr stay before or after the class. Please park in the car park at the bottom of the lake unless directed otherwise. Parking cars on the entrance road into the park is generally discouraged unless the car park is closed.
  • WHAT DO I DO ONCE I AM PARKED?
    We have three possible locations for classes at Buckland Park Lake. We will be outside as much as possible - weather allowing. Please request to join my WhatsApp group to find our the class location on the day. Outside Picnic Lawn – head up the wooden steps towards The Reverie restaurant when you reach the gravel path turn left and immediately right. We are right at the tippy top over looking the lake and the restaurant . There are toilets adjoining the café. Inside – We are located in the wooden cladded building at the far end of the car park in the room closest to the lake. There are toilets in the building at the opposite end. Woodland Campsite – head through the little gated entrance by the ticket office and take the beautiful woodland walk to our canvas covered space.
  • WHAT DO I WEAR?
    Please wear comfortable layers, especially if it is a chilly morning. You can lose layers as you warm up. Choose something that you can move around in. Option to bring a blanket for relaxation.
  • WHAT SHALL I BRING WITH ME?
    Please bring your Yoga Mat and a picnic blanket or small tarp to put underneath your mat if we are outside .. this will keep your mat clean and also mean you can reach your arms and feet wide if the grass is a little damp. I recommend purchasing cork yoga blocks from Yoga Matters and a thick yoga belt also from Yoga Matters. If you do not have these please message me and I will bring spares for you. Please also bring some water and a blanket if you would like one for savasana.
  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
    All classes run for one hour - please note I sometimes over run a little ... Please read the individual class descriptions to get a more detailed instruction of what to expect in a class. And do'nt worry if you are new .. my classes are very mixed ability and I cater for all levels. If you do have injuries or are a complete beginner please do contact me before class to make sure you have chosen the most suitable class option.
  • DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES & LEVELS
    I have been teaching for 12 years pride myself on teaching inclusive classes for all levels. Which means those with experience can come to classes of all levels and adapt according to their bodies. However if you are newer to the practise I suggest starting with a slower passed class where you will learn to listen to your body... what poses work for you, what poses don't ... have a lighter sprinkling of philosophy, a softer introduction to breath work and meditation and from here you will grow. All classes are inclusive, non judgmental, and have a fun vibe. TUES ~ 9.30 - Gentle /Slower paced/ Good for those newer to the practise THURS ~ 09.45 - Faster paced / More advanced postures included FRI ~ 10.30 - Yin Yang - Mid paced with an equal balance of strength & stretch SAT ~ 10.00 - All Levels Vinyasa - Mid paced for all levels
