MY STORY .......

Some of my earliest memories are of quietly copying my mum as she practised yoga each morning. I had no idea then that those simple moments would become the beginning of a lifelong relationship with the practice.

Today, I'm a mum to three amazing boys and, like everyone else, life has brought its share of joy, challenge and change. Caring for my parents, supporting my husband through cancer and raising a family have all shaped who I am.

Through every season, yoga has been my anchor. Not because it made life easier, but because it taught me how to meet life with greater compassion, resilience and trust.

For over 15 years I've had the privilege of teaching yoga, and every person who walks into my classes reminds me why I love what I do. My intention is never to help people achieve the perfect pose, but to create a welcoming space where they can breathe, reconnect and simply be themselves.

I'm a lifelong student of yoga and have completed over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training. I've been fortunate to study with inspiring teachers including Claire Missingham, Jason Crandell, Norman Blair, Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Leslie Kaminoff and Charli Sparks. My studies have also included Yoga Anatomy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Women's Health Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, sound healing and life coaching. Visiting India has deepened my appreciation of yoga's roots and philosophy, and continues to inspire my own practice.

Although qualifications are important, I believe my greatest teacher continues to be the practice itself and the privilege of sharing it with the wonderful people who come to class each week.

One of the greatest gifts yoga has given me is community. Some of my students have been practising with me for well over a decade, and watching friendships grow, supporting one another through life's ups and downs and sharing so much laughter along the way has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.

My hope is that every class offers more than movement. That it helps you reconnect with yourself, discover the joy of community and carry a little more peace into the world beyond the mat.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, I'd love to welcome you into our community.

With love,

Nancy x
