ABOUT ME
NANCY CAMPBELL

Hi, I'm Nancy!
I’m a devoted yogi, mother of three, and lifelong advocate for holistic well-being. Over the past decade, I’ve navigated my fair share of life’s ups and downs—serious health challenges within my family, my own hurdles, and the everyday chaos of raising three kids while my husband traveled extensively. Through it all, yoga has been my anchor. Honestly, I’m not sure where I’d be without the practice.
My connection with yoga began in childhood when I unknowingly mimicked my mom’s morning stretches. Little did I know that playful curiosity would grow into a lifelong passion. With over 30 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching experience, I’ve built a treasure trove of tools and insights to share in every session.
Fifteen years ago, I made a career shift, leaving behind a thriving career in TV to pursue a path that truly lit me up. Initially, I thought I’d open a yoga studio, but during my teacher training (with the teacher who I thought i would open a studio with), I realised I didn’t want to run a studio—I wanted to teach. That decision not only allowed me to spend more time with my family but also to embrace a life that made me genuinely happy.
In my classes, you’ll find a rich fusion of teachings that flow like a story. Each session is thoughtfully crafted with an introduction, an incentive, a climax, and a resolution—empowering you to create your own narrative.
Yoga, for me, is so much more than physical movement; it’s a way to reconnect with yourself. My mission is to help others discover tools to feel stronger, calmer, and more at ease in their own skin. By embracing the body, harnessing the breath, and steadying the mind, I believe we can all uncover a deeper sense of connection, peace, and joy.
My love for learning has taken me far beyond the yoga mat. Over the years, I’ve delved into anatomy, esoteric yoga, yoga nidra, women’s health yoga, and Kundalini yoga. I’ve also expanded my practice to include breathwork facilitation, sound bath therapy, and life coaching.
So, whether you’re looking to flow, breathe, or simply find a moment of stillness, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward becoming the best version of yourself.
Let’s grow, breathe, and thrive together!
