I have tried and tested many different golden milk recipes over the years and wiggled and jiggled with quantities of ingredients and this is by far my fav!
5 tblsp ground turmeric
3 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground black pepper
This makes a mix for up to 15 servings
Heat milk of choice - add a dash to a tsp of the mix and make a paste.. then add the rest
Feel free to add sweetener if you need to x EJOY
