YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH HEALING AT THE LAKE

YIN YOGA - AND MEDITATION - A BEAUTIFUL HUG OF A CLASS

I teach my yin classes a little different from the average yin teacher.  A little less squishy and restorative and more about really gaining a connection with your body.   Identify how a pose feels from the finger tips to the tips of the toes.  Then allow the body to settle with sweetness by noticing where to bring healthy stress and engagement, where to send energy and where to surrender and let go.

The class is finished off by a meditation leading into a 15 minute crystal bowl sound healing bath which is scientifically proven to change your brain wave state and leave you feeling chilled and set up for a good nights sleep. 

It is advisable but not essential to have PROPS for the class : 2 Bricks  , A belt,  a cushion/ bolster and a blanket :) I can bring extra belts and bricks if you dont have these. 

I will be finishing the class with a short meditation leading into a healing crystal sound bath. 

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD BY CANDLE LIGHT AT THE LAKESIDE INN  ..
