CHOOSE YOUR DEVICE

Use a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, or you  AirPlay to your Apple TV. I recommend the largest-screen device possible so you can see me clearly.

ROLL OUR YOUR MAT. 

No yoga props are necessary, but you're welcome to bring any that you have even a book or a scarf instead of a block and belt

SET UP YOUR SPACE. 

I'd like to see you when you’re in standing poses as well as when you’re on the mat if possible. It helps to place your device on a raised surface, knee-level or higher (i.e. coffee table, chair). Position your mat about 8 feet away from the device. 

GET SOUND READY. 

Bluetooth headphones can be useful but not essential 

JOIN CLASS 5-10 MINUTES EARLY. 

We guarantee entry up to several minutes after the class start time.
