To be hosted by myself and Natasha Jarrams with the incredible sound healer Katherina Lafite performing the sound bath
We will be based at the beauitful Betchworth Hall..
Please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class
Please note workshops are non refundable unless your spot can be filled (a £5 admin charge will be applied)
