Class Details

MY MONDAY MORNING FEEL GOOD FLOW - which is on tuesday just this week 

This class is stretchier and slower paced than my others to lift you up and empower you to take on the week ahead.

You do not need to be flexible or strong you just need to be open to creating an experience that serves you best and open to receive and become enriched.

Please bring any PROPS you have to the mat .. Bricks or books as substitutes, and a Yoga belt if possible.

We will be streaming through ZOOM, the link will arrive with your confirmation email. You will also receive an email one hour before class and an playlsit (I love my music !) which you can listen to on SPOTIFY if you down load or have an account.
