Thursday Drop in 09.30-10.30 Buckland Lake

I AM SUPER EXCITED TO BE ABLE TO OFFER THIS NEW OUTDOORS CLASS AT THE BUCKLAND LAKES - 

AN AREA OF OUTSTANDING BEAUTY & TRANQUILITY

DROP IN YOGA spaces are weather dependent  

All levels welcome  (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury) 

If the course is full drop in spaces will only be available for outdoors classes .. and bookable 24-48hrs before the class (so we have a clear idea of the weather)

Please bring a mat (and a picnic blanket to place beneath if you have one incase the ground is soggy) plus any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class. Please wear layers ...

THE PARK - NORMALLY CHARGES £7 ENTRANCE - YOUR YOGA CLASS WILL INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE PARK & YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORUTNITY TO ENJOY A CUPPA AND OR A BITE TO EAT AFTER CLASS TOO
