DROP IN YOGA spaces are space dependent

All levels welcome  (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury)

If the course is full drop in spaces will only be available 24 hours before class depending on cancellations.

Please bring a mat plus any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class.
