Spring Equinox Yoga & Gong Bath

Align with the rhythm of nature as we finally say farewell winter, and welcome in the light. Spring equinox marks the beginning of longer days and shorter nights, a time to fully emerge from our winter cocoon, shedding the old to make room for new.

Join us in this seasonal celebration, where we will clear out the stagnant parts of our selves we no longer to make way for new beginnings.

Through breathwork, movement, deep stretching and a healing sound bath we will shift and release what weighs us down.. and embrace new beginnings.

Our healing gong bath will be lead by Gong Master Katerina Lafitte.

The ancient practice of utilizing sound vibrations for meditation and healing takes center stage during the gong meditation session. Your body, predominantly composed of water, will resonate with the vibrations, creating a ripple effect that releases energy blockages and stagnation, promoting a profound sense of well-being.
