Classes in the winter months will be held inside in the Inn by the lake .. the porter cabin nearest to the lake by the car park

6 WEEKS VINYASA YOGA - All levels (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury) 

Course Limited to 10 guaranteed spaces - Drop in classes are also available at £13 per class but these are space dependent and can only be booked 24 hrs in advance. 

As part of the course you will have a guaranteed space at a lower rate. 

Course fees are non refundable & non transfereable unless the class needs to be cancelled for unforseen circumstances. ( I take into account when pricing courses that a class or two may be missed in each block)

Please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class. 

THE PARK - NORMALLY CHARGES £7 ENTRANCE - YOUR YOGA CLASS WILL INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE PARK & YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORUTNITY TO ENJOY A CUPPA AND OR A BITE TO EAT AFTER CLASS TOO
