An evening of  movement, breathwork, meditation and an introduction to the amazing world of Ayurveda by Claire Paphitis .. the Ayurveda Coach and author of Balance your Agni...  As if this is not enough .. we will also be gifted to a healing crystal sound bathing at the end of the evening lead also by Claire! .. 

For the workshop please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class
