location :

Classes in the winter months will be held inside in the Inn by the lake .. the porter cabin nearest to the lake by the car park - outside as much as possible in the summer

This class is for - All levels (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury)

Course Limited to 14 guaranteed spaces - Drop in classes are also available at £14 per class but these are space dependent and can only be booked a few days in advance - plesae join my whatsapp group for drop in notifications.

As part of the course you will have a guaranteed space at a lower rate And have access to weekly zoom classes at half price during the weeks your course is running. You can also make up missed classes on zoom within the same term as the course or receive a recording from the zoom. !!!!

Course fees are non refundable & non transfereable unless the class needs to be cancelled for unforseen circumstances. ( I take into account when pricing courses that a class or two may be missed in each block)

what do i need :

Please bring a mat & any props you have.

Other:

You will not be charged an entrance fee to the park and can stay for a coffee after class (often advisable to book) . If you have park membership please contact me for a 10% discount code.
