This full day retreat will be held at the beautiful Buckland Park Lakes 

The last one was held on 26th March and was amazing .. 

Lead by myself Nancy and the incredible Wim Hof instructor : Aodhnait Lombard.  

Aodhnait comes from a  background in neuroscience, performance athletics and biomechanics. 

She has a degree in neuroscience, is a strength and conditioning coach, an oxygen advantage coach, and trained in advanced therapeutic massage .. amongst owning many other strings to her bow. She provides intellectual and experiential teachings to each student and regards each person as an expert in their own physiology .. 

Her knowledge and the way she shares this,  in my opinion,  is next to none.. She travels the world sharing her experties,  so we are hugely privileged to have her lead this introduction to the Wim Hof Method..
