DROP IN YOGA spaces and space and or weather dependent  

All levels welcome  (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury) 

If the course is full drop in will only be availabe for outside classes .. and bookable 48hrs before the class (so we have a clear idea of the weather)

Please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class.
