THE CLASS WILL BE HELD IN THE INN BY THE LAKE .. THE CLOSEST CABIN TO THE WATER AT THE FAR END OF THE CARK PARK XX 

DROP IN YOGA spaces are dependent on course participants  

All levels welcome  (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury) 

Please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class.
