Come and join us for a morning of deep connection (hopefully in the sunshine☀️) which will leave you feeling RADIANT ALIVE
🧘🏻♀️Yoga - a combination of Breathwork, Intenion setting : Vinyasa, Yin & Kundalini to activate a sense of presence and connection
🎼Followed by an enchanting sound bath
& Cacao ☕️ - to give you a spring in your step ready for a dip or swim in the lake 🏊
