Come and join us for a morning of deep connection which will leave you feeling RADIANT, ALIVE, and ready for the busy Dec season
🧘🏻♀️Yoga - a combination of Vinyasa, Yin & Kundalini to activate a sense of presence and connection
❄️ Hot and Cold Therapy - Sauna / Optional Ice bath...
Please note that we will have access to the sauna for 1hr .. so I need to strategise ..
We will have three 20 min slots of 5 people for the sauna and ice bath which will be 8.15-8.35. 8.35-8.55 and 8.55-9.15 x
if you arrive for the first slot you will be invited to either stay warm in the snuggly yoga room or to have a walk around the lake.
