We begin our evening gathered around the fire for a sacred cacao ceremony ā inviting the heart to open, to connect with what no longer serves us, and to awaken our deepest truths and desires.
š³ Yoga Under the Trees
Weāll then come to our mats and explore a journey through the energy centers of the body. Surrounded by nature and accompanied by the gentle resonance of live cello and ethereal voice, Emily Youngheart will interweave cello, vocals, and ambient soundscapes into the practice ā guiding you into a deeper, more embodied state.
