Our popular Wednesday Vinyasa Flow class for all levels of ability...although saying that this class is not recommended for total beginners or those working with injuries without the knowledge of how to modify.

ROLL OUR YOUR MAT.
No yoga props are necessary, but you're welcome to bring any that you have even a book or a scarf instead of a block and belt
SET UP YOUR SPACE.
I'd like to see you when you’re in standing poses as well as when you’re on the mat if possible. It helps to place your device on a raised surface, knee-level or higher (i.e. coffee table, chair). Position your mat about 8 feet away from the device.
GET SOUND READY.
Bluetooth headphones can be useful but not essential
