YIN YOGA - AND MEDITATION - A BEAUTIFUL HUG OF A CLASS
I teach my yin classes a little different from the average yin teacher. A little less squishy and restorative and more about really gaining a connection with your body. Identify how a pose feels from the finger tips to the tips of the toes. Then allow the body to settle with sweetness by noticing where to bring healthy stress and engagement, where to send energy and where to surrender and let go.
