This full day retreat will be held at the beautiful Buckland Park Lakes

Lead by myself Nancy and the incredible Wim Hof instructor : Aodhnait Lombard.

Aodhnait comes from a  background in neuroscience, performance athletics and biomechanics.

She has a degree in neuroscience, is a strength and conditioning coach, an oxygen advantage coach, and trained in advanced therapeutic massage .. amongst owning many other strings to her bow. She provides intellectual and experiential teachings to each student and regards each person as an expert in their own physiology ..

Her knowledge and the way she shares this,  in my opinion,  is next to none.. She travels the world sharing her experties,  so we are hugely privileged to have her lead this introduction to the Wim Hof Method..

This day is not only set to be an amazing experience and so much fun but also will leave you with tools that you can take into your every day life to enhance your mental and physical health and wellbeing.

This 6 hours immersion day will included  Yoga, Wim Hof Breathwork, Meditaiton, A light lunch at the Reverie and an ice bath submersion.
