RETREAT FOCUS

Daily yoga will focus on the subtle energy system for 

clearing, unblocking and rebalancing.

Morning practice will be fun progressive Vinyasa 

to energise the mind and strengthen the body.

Evening practice will be meditation based Yin 

to create stillness and space in the mind and body.

YOUR HOME FOR THE WEEK

Our retreat location Villa Can Shui offers ultimate luxury with stylishly furnished rooms surrounded by tranquil, breath-taking views. The villa is located in the north of the island, which in my opinion is the most beautiful part of Ibiza and to top it all there is beach 20 mins walk or others within 10 min drive

FOOD FOR THE HEART AND SOUL

Food IS OUTSTANDING ..and will be plant based, gluten free, organic and never boring. Produce is either grown in the surrounding gardens or bought from local markets. 

Meal times will fit around the yoga classes to aid optimum digestion. Food includes Morning fruit, brunch, afternoon smoothie , a light afternoon snack and a healthy 3 course evening meal.

From 4pm Arrival at Can Shui 

5pm Welcome Talk, Drinks and Canapes

5.30-6.30 WELCOME & INTENTION SETTING YOGA SESSION 

7.30pm Welcome Dinner

FULL DAYS – A ROUGH GUIDE TO HOW A DAY WILL RUN

7am wake up gong – silent morning until 8.30

7.30 am pre yoga fruit and journaling 

7.40 meditation 

8.00 -9.15 – Morning Yoga

10-11am substantial Healthy Brunch

11-5pm (FREE TIME with afternoon snack available at 2pm)

or a choice from 2 inclusive workshops and other optional extra workshops (including cooking)

wellness treatments paddle boarding and kayaking  

3.30/4pm afternoon lunch snacks

5-6.30pm Yin Yoga (3 yin classes)

7pm Dinner

3pm 9pm 3 x guided meditations on 4 evenings 

ONE FULL AFTERNOON AND EVENING OFF TO EXPLORE THE ISLAND (a picnic lunch will be available that day but no dinner)

THE LAST MORNIG –

RETREAT OVERVIEW

I pride myself on creating an all inclusive atmosphere – a safe space to be true to who you truly are

My aim for the week is to help guide and develop your yoga practice so you leave the retreat not only rejuvenated and relaxed but also with new found techniques and habits to enhance your everyday life and wellbeing.

This retreat is very much open to all individuals although it is recommended that that you are not a complete beginner. If you are travelling on your own, do not worry , you will be certain to leave with new friends.

WHATS NOT INCLUDED

  • Flights
  • Airport transfers – people will arrive at different times and some of you may decided to hire a car (car hire prices in Ibiza are very reasonable while taxis are EXPENSIVE)
  • Wellness treatments 
    • Additional activities on top of what is above eg: Paddlboarding, cooking workshops, sound bath workshop 

        

Group transfers will be available closer to the date and I can set you up for these – for cash payments

Flight should be around the £200 mark if you book early

BOOKING TERMS :

Fees advertised are at an early bird rate and will increase by £100 per person for any bookings after Nov or late balances paid.

A non refundable non transferable deposit of £250 per person is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers registration fees, admin fees and remarketing costs and is fully non refundable and non transferable. 

A 2nd instalment of £250 is due 1st Nov 2019

The final balance will be due 12 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

Both of the second payments are only refundable once paid if your space can be filled.

Full terms and conditions are attached please make sure that you have insurance in place to cover all eventuality of cancellations and distruptions to your retreat.
