location :

Classes on chilly or rainy days will be held inside in the Inn by the lake .. the porter cabin nearest to the lake by the car park -

We will be outside as much as possible in the summer .. on the top picnic lawn right up the top overlooking the reverie restaurant

This class is for - All levels (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury)

level of class : this class is for thise wanting to improve their technique, work a little bit slower or are new to yoga. if you have injuries or ailments that may restrict you please contact me first to have a chat 🙏🏼🙃
