This is a STRONG EMPOWERING FLOW  suitable for all levels, open to movement that challenges the body and mind 

(this class is recommneded for everyone except those without any basic yoga foundation)..

Please bring any PROPS you have to the mat .. Bricks or books as substitutes, and a Yoga belt if possible.

We will be streaming through ZOOM, the link will arrive with your confirmation email.

You will also receive an email one hour before class and a playlsit (I love love love my music !) which you can listen to on SPOTIFY if you down load or have an account.
