5 WEEKS VINYASA YOGA - All levels (please message me first if you are a complete beginner or have an injury) 

Course Limited to 10 guaranteed spaces - Drop in classes are also available at £13 per class but these are weather dependent and can therefore only be booked only 48hrs in advance (booking closes 1 hr before class)

As part of the course you will not only have classes at a lower rate but also a guaranteed space come rain or shine. 

PLUS you will also get 1 month free access to the NCyoga facebook page (this is an optional bonus and not something you have to accept). Here you find pre recorded classes, tutorial, meditation, wellness tips, recipes and so much more. 

Course fees are non refundable & non transfereable unless the class needs to be cancelled for unforseen circumstances.

Please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket to wrap up in at the end of class. 

THE PARK - NORMALLY CHARGES £7 ENTRANCE - YOUR YOGA CLASS WILL INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE PARK & YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORUTNITY TO ENJOY A CUPPA AND OR A BITE TO EAT AFTER CLASS TOO
