6 WEEKS BEGINNERS / GENTLE YOGA COURSE - Aimed towards those new to yoga and those wanting to improve their tecnique

The classes are non refundable and non transferable unless the course or a class needs to be cancelled for unforseen reason.  You will have access to the facebook group where you will find  a handful of videos and tutorials. 

Please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket if you would like one. 

Please fill in a registration form before class and also discuss any self limiting injuries or ailments that concern you incase it is advisable that you start with 1:1 sessions or restorative yoga.

The park normally charges £7 entrance. Your yoga class will include access to the park where you will also have an opporutnity to have a cuppa and or a bite to eat after class.
