6 WEEKS BEGINNERS / GENTLE YOGA COURSE - Aimed towards those new to yoga and those wanting to improve their tecnique

Course Limited to 10 guaranteed spaces 

The classes are non refundable and non transferable unless the course or a class needs to be cancelled  for unforseen reason. 

Please bring a mat, any props you have and a blanket if you would like one. 

Please fill in a registration form before class and also discuss any self limiting injuries or ailments that concern you incase it is advisable that you start with 1:1 sessions or restorative yoga.

The park normally charges £7 entrance. Your yoga class will include access to the park where you will also have an opporutnity to have a cuppa and or a bite to eat after class.
