A little info about your Yoga Class/es

GENTLE YOGA - BEGINNERS WELCOME TUESDAY 9.30 -10.30AM Set in the beautiful Buckland Park Lake, Surrey RH3 7FE This class is for beginners or those wanting to work at a slower pace. Please do speak to me before booking if you have an ailment or injury you are concerned about incase I advise that you join a more restorative session. (Outside when the weather allows - Inside in the inn by the lake if its rainy or chilly) I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and trained with some of the best teachers in the world and enjoy incorporating elements from all of my trainings into my classes including, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini : movement, breath-work and meditation. My greatest pleasure comes from watching my students listen to their bodies and adapt their practise according to what they need on any given day. I pride myself on offering a class that caters for all levels and EVERY body. Please make sure you complete a registration form and read class information before joining to know what to expect, what to bring and where to come. Classes are either sold as a prepaid HALF TERMLY COURSE at £13.50 per class or as a drop in at £16.50 per class (availability depending) Courses are non refundable and non transferable. During the winter months when classes are inside and space capacity is limited missed classes cannot transferred to other days but you can join a weekly zoom or receive a recording of the zoom class in lieu of a missed class. During the summer months when classes are outside more flexibility to can offered to join classes on other days in lieu of missed classes if taken within the same half term. Availability for DROP IN classes is posted to my WhatsApp group weekly notifying you when classes are added to my website. Please message me to join this group. Please note that classes are occasionally covered by other teachers (always amazing!) when I am hosting retreats or working on corporate events.
