I AM EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE A NEW CLASS... Kundalini yoga is a feel good practise incorporating movement, dynamic breathing methods, meditation, and the chanting of mantras to stimulate cerebral spinal fluid which releases feel good hormones and makes you feel fab. In Kundalini yoga we work with a series of movemnts called kriyas which activates the energy which resides at the seat of the spine and lift it up through the chakras.. healing everything along the way and inducing enlightenment. It is an express train that shakes you and wakes you. It is a yoga that has the abiltuy to heal, force out hidden emotions and clear space so light can enter.. The goal with this practise is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness
