WINTER SOLSTICE CANDLE LIGHT YOGA & GONG BATH

A perfectly timed evening of nurture themed on the Winter Solstice. 

Often in the run up to Christmas life can be overwhelming and a time of depletion.  

This beautiful candlelit evening will offer an invitiation to replenish and renew..the perfect  tonic to carry your through the busy weeks ahead. 

We will begin the evening with pranyama and meditation. Followed by a gentle yoga session to release and let go. 

This will lead into a gong and sound journey experience. 

The evening with be puncuated with with break where we will be offering lovingly made home made treats and infused teas. 

Please note if you need to cancel I will endeavour to resell your ticket to a wait list but can only offer a refund if it is sold  (there will be an £8 admin fee) no refunds within 48hrs of the event. You will of course be welcome to gift your space to a friend.Xxx
